WarmVoice is the data controller for any details you send via the contact form on this site.

What I collect

Your name, email, and anything you type into the budget and project details fields.

Why

Only to read and reply to your enquiry. No marketing, no sale, no sharing.

Lawful basis

UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to a contract) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in handling enquiries).

Storage

Submissions are emailed to my inbox via the site host and kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then deleted.

Third parties

None beyond the web host that delivers the form email. No analytics, ads, or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your data, just reply to the same email thread. Complaints can go to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
